We need to get the following details in order to provide a precise quote:
- Your Kitchen plan or rough drawing.
- Your favourite colour and material.
- Site address.
- If you require full splashbacks or upstands.
We might ask you for additional information when receiving your request but that is subject to your requirement.
We normally respond between 1-2 hours during working hours, and between 4-6 hours on Weekends.
We will arrange a site visit for one of our team to carry out the exact measurements and important specifications after confirming the order.
Our standard lead time is 5 working days after the measurements have been taken, which means you will have your worktop fitted in a maximum of 5 working days after we have completed the template.
The fitter will require between 2-4 hours to complete the installation from arrival but sometimes it will be longer if something goes wrong.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit via bank transfer before we arrange a site visit for you and the remaining 50% will be paid after completion.
In case you decide to cancel your order or have changed your mind after templating, there will be a non-refundable charge of £150.
Yes, we always recommend our customers to visit our showroom to finalize their order in person so they know what colour and material etc they are going for. Book a showroom visit.
